Looks like it will be an exciting day. Tom Clancy's HAWX, Empire: Total War, World in Conflict: Soviet Assault and Major League Baseball 2K9 is coming out. Most likely going to hone in on Tom Clancy's HAWX first.

Dawn Of War II Problems

Once again Poeple are have problems. Well if your using Windows then its going to happen. So to cominsate I wiped my HD and re-installed Windows Fresh. Nothing added. Un-Rared DOWII to my main directory and ran the EXE. It all went fine the first time through. The problems are with the game, not the Kompresser. Here is a list of problems I encountered on a fresh install.

Trying to Launch DOW II - Got a "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect" Error. This is because I included old C++ files. My Bad. You need the 2008 Files which you can get them from here.

After that I got another Error. This time for xLive.dll. A 5297 Error reading "The ordinal 5297 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll.". Never got one of these before. Turns out I downloaded the wrong Live Installer. You need to go here and get the installer. This is a common error for Dawn Of War II.

This concludes all the problems I had on a clean install of XP. If your using Vista your on your own as I don't use Vista.

Fooling around with some crap tonight. Thought I would see If I could create a intro. But not one of the crappy scene intros were it's plastered on their like crap. No, like Kompressed quality is everything. Here is a rough 5 min put together.

It's finally out on the Forums. Hopefully soon tonight it will be finished uploading to the Private networks.

Not bad considering on the 14th I estimated that it would be out on the 20th. Sweet.

Dawn Of War II is finished. It's being Uploaded to the servers now.

UPDATE: It's all ready to go. Awaiting Confirmation from Sn4ke.

UPDATE 2: Have some corruption problems. Not good at all. Stupid internet.

Well It's installed. Compressing now. I'll have to pull some trick DOS work to make this install as easy as possible. No guarantee that I can do it.

Dawn Of War 2 has been released. It's the steam version. Downloading now to see what I can do with it.

Skullptura Is Back (For Now)

Skullptura is back for the time being. Either he got bored or saw people were moving in on his turf. He had this to say,

"thx i'm shortly back, i don't have time for rips lately... like u see :) anyway i'm working on some few big projects... u probably know.... just different names :) .... just enjoy... everything is for free like always ... :D"

For some reason he chose "Shellshock 2 Blood Trails" to come back on. Why, I'll never know.

I'm skipping out on this title due to its lack luster performance. Looks like Dawn of War II is the next one in line. Unless NecroVisioN or Cryostasis has something to offer.

Retail FEAR 2 Hits The Networks

The retail copy of FEAR 2 has finally hit the pirating community. I have already inquired as to whether or not the retail copy is packed in those pesky ARC01 files.

Mirrors Edge Problem

I few people are having problems with Mirrors Edge asking for a serial.

To solve the problem go to the "Binaries" folder and find a file called Bin.dll
Re-name it bin.exe and double click it. it should unpack the Cracked exe and put a shortcut on your desktop. I apologize for this guys.

The Pirate Bay using SSL?

It was recently announced the The Pirate Bay is now Beta testing using SSL. I gave it a go and it seems to work rather well. The pages seem to load a little slower which might be a problem for some people. If they can keep the same speed as they have on the normal site I'll gladly welcome this little extra.

The One Man Show

I would also like all of you to know that I am a one man show here. There is no team like you would find with DIE or RELOADED. With this being said please understand that I can not release games at such high speeds of time or do this whenever I want. I hope you all understand. Lets make this fun. Not so stressful.

F.E.A.R 2

F.E.A.R 2 was released the other day. I managed to get my hands on a copy and it is quite an amazing game. Unfortunately the files don't seem to be compressable. I will have to wait for a retail DVD release before I can make any progress. This of course means F.E.A.R 2 Kompressed will not be released as planned at this time. The release of Street Fighter will certainly alter the outcome of any F.E.A.R 2 release.

Progress Of Kompression

Well after a futile day of people arguing and complaining I have decided to pull all future releases of the Kompressed games from TPB. While I love TPB and have been there for many years It is not suitable for host such files. Future releases will be allowed to be uploaded to TPB, just not by me. Releases will still be posted on all normal forums and private sites as they are now
